What the circuit means. New Balance's Lady P32 is a national platform where the top girls programs play each other in front of college coaches, with live-period events and a championship weekend. In 2026, our 17U P32 team reached the championship game, falling to a very solid Arizona Hoop Code 17U P32 team.

“The Lady P32 & E32 Leagues & Jr P32 girls circuits will provide an elite & professional platform for girls’ teams to compete against top talent nationwide. Powered by New Balance, Lady P32 is built for programs looking to challenge the best while gaining national exposure.”

Questions?

Ask Zara

Z for short: the program's assistant, right here on the site. Ask her about evaluations, the teams, the Lady P32 circuit, the coaches, or how to support the program. Want an evaluation spot? She'll take the sign-up right in the chat. Anything she can't answer goes straight to the coaches.

For families

Answers, any hour

Evaluation dates and where to be, the teams, the coaches, what the circuit means, how giving works. A question she can't answer goes to the program with your contact, so a real person follows up.

Nothing slips through

Every chat reaches the program

A copy of each conversation goes to the program's inbox, so the coaches see what families are asking.

Straight shooter

She only knows what the program tells her

Zara answers from TBW's own information, never guesses a date or a price, and never shares a family's details with anyone but the program. Sign-ups and messages go only to the program's inbox. Fees, practice times, and roster decisions stay with the coaches, and she'll say so.

Give

TBW is a 501(c)(3). A season on a national circuit costs real money in travel, gyms, uniforms, and entry fees, and no player is turned away for lack of it.

Every dollar goes to the girls: tournament entry fees, player fees, gear, and travel.

Our Story

From a Nashville gym in 2007 to a national circuit, one goal has never moved: college scholarship opportunities, with basketball as the vehicle.

Team Brandan Wright started in 2007 as Lady Zoom, a Nashville girls program with a simple idea: change lives by giving young women the chance to earn a college education through the game.

Along the way, Nashville native and NBA forward Brandan Wright got involved. He had grown up playing Maplewood Junior Pro with the program's co-founder, Spencer Richardson. The program took his name, and his commitment to giving back became part of its DNA.

Today TBW fields teams from 5th grade through high school on the New Balance Lady P32 circuit, one of the top platforms in girls basketball. Players have gone on to Harvard, Michigan, Arizona State, Memphis, Marshall, Belmont, Samford, Lipscomb, Tennessee State, and dozens more. But the coaches will tell you the real measure is who those players become.

Elite relationships built. Bigger than basketball. They come out for the basketball and stay for the family.

The name on the jersey

Brandan Wright

Born and raised in Nashville. At Brentwood Academy he led the Eagles to four straight state championships and became the first player in Tennessee history to win Mr. Basketball three times. One season at North Carolina brought ACC Rookie of the Year and ACC Tournament MVP honors, and the Charlotte Bobcats made him the 8th pick of the 2007 NBA Draft.

Ten NBA seasons followed with Golden State, New Jersey, Dallas, Boston, Phoenix, Memphis, and Houston. Since his playing days he has put his name and his time into Nashville kids: this program, and free dental care days for children with Neighborhood Health and Delta Dental.
